Peconic Wildcats Hockey
Tryout for the Wildcats!
Our season kicks off with tryouts in March and April, with optional spring practices for some teams. Come August, players settle into a regular rhythm of twice-weekly practices plus skills sessions, leading into a full game schedule that runs from September through late February or mid-March.
The Peconic Wildcats compete at the Tier II and Tier III levels, and our priority every season is simple: make sure every player grows. We carefully match players to the right team and level, and work closely with our leagues to keep games competitive for everyone. By season's end, players can expect 50–60 hours of practice and 30–40 games depending on their team.
